From the magnificent Ischia Port with its particular round shape – it was a gorgeous lake, which Ferdinand II of Bourbon brilliantly decided to open and turn it into a port in 1854 – to the charming historical centre of Ischia Ponte, majestically characterised by its well-known icon, the Aragonese Castle.
