Regulations of Villa La Luna di Carta

Payment of the stay

Upon confirmation of the reservation, we require a 50% deposit to be sent via bank transfer, credit/debit card or PayPal. The balance of the remaining sum will be paid upon check-in.

Cancellation policy

Up to 60 days before arrival: Refund of the deposit

Up to 15 days before arrival: The deposit will not be refunded

From 14 days up to the arrival date: 100% payment of the total amount of the reservation

Final cleaning (mandatory)

Apartment Dracena: € 100.00

Apartment del Pozzo: € 40.00

Additional final cleaning for pets: € 50.00

Potential extra cleaning on request:

€ 50.00 per day for the Apartment Dracena

€ 30.00 per day for the Apartment del Pozzo 

Pets

Extra charge of € 10.00 per day per pet. It is not allowed to leave your pet alone. Guests will remove their excrements in the garden and pay attention to their pets, to avoid potential damage to people or property. 

Check-in and check-out:

Check-in is available between 15:00 and 20:00, and will be agreed depending on the time of arrival. For arrivals after this range of time, which must be agreed in advance, a surcharge of € 40.00 is required. Check-out by 10:00. For potential departures after 10:00, and by prior arrangement with the manager, a surcharge of € 40.00 is required. Upon check-in, every Guest must provide his/her valid paper (passport or identity card), even if a minor, as required by law. Failure to comply with this requirement violates the rules of the Penal Code and authorises the manager to require the immediate abandonment of the apartment.

Guests’ data are processed according to the current privacy policy.

The keys to the property are put at Guests’ disposal.

For safety reasons – and environmental protection – please do not leave any appliance on, turn lights off and make sure that doors, windows and the entrance gate are closed. It is highly recommended to turn off the air conditioning/ventilators before going out and to unplug the charger from the electrical outlets when not in use.

Villa La Luna di Carta is bound to pay all the utilities. 

Bans

No smoking in the apartments. Prohibition of subletting. Further Guests who are not checked in are not allowed to sleep in the apartments.

It is highly recommended to properly use the sanitary facilities and avoid throwing anything into the toilet. For any kind of waste, bins are available.

Conditions

The apartment is delivered clean, in order and in a good maintenance state. Potential remarks must be communicated to the receptionist by 4 hours from check-in. Kindly keep the kitchen clean to avoid insect infestation.

Guests are required to dispose of waste daily and respect the municipal regulations on recycling provided at check-in. It is not allowed to modify the furniture arrangement. Guests agree to return the apartment in the same good condition. The day before check-out, an operator will check the apartment condition between 16:00 and 18:00 (the appointment will be agreed in advance).

To ensure a pleasant stay for other Guests, we kindly ask to keep the noise down from every electronic device, especially in the early afternoon and at night.

Addebiti

Upon check-in, a deposit of € 300.00 for potential damages is required. This amount will be refunded upon check-out, after checking the conditions of the apartment. In case of guests’ default, the corresponding charge will apply to the credit/debit card provided upon reservation. In case of lost keys, guests will be subject to a refund of € 100.00. In case of lost or damaged remote controls of the electric shutters, guests will be subject to a refund of € 150.00 for each remote control. Potential penalties for cancellation of the reservation will be deducted from the deposit paid upon reservation or charged on the credit/debit card provided upon reservation. The data provided online is legally binding. We are not liable for any failure due to a total or partial lack of supply of water, electricity, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our will.

Privacy

Villa La Luna di Carta respects and protects privacy according to Legislative Decree no. 196 of June, 30th 2003. Data provided by users to our website will be used exclusively to send information about our property and will not be processed for other purposes, unless authorised. 

Exterior surveillance cameras

The cameras in the garden and the apartments were installed to protect our property in winter, when it is not inhabited.
